How to Apply

1. Pregnant woman registers at the nearest Anganwadi Centre, Primary Health Centre (PHC), or with the village ASHA worker. 2. An Mother and Child Protection (MCP) card is issued, recording antenatal care (ANC) checkups. 3. At the onset of labor, contact the ASHA worker and call 102/108 free ambulance service for transport to the public health hospital. 4. Deliver at the government hospital (PHC/CHC/District Hospital) or accredited private facility. 5. Discharge medical officer validates delivery record; JSY cash assistance is disbursed directly via DBT into the mother bank account or issued as an account-payee cheque at discharge.
