Must be an artisan or craftsperson working with hands and tools in one of the 18 recognized traditional trades (Carpenter, Boat Maker, Armorer, Blacksmith, Hammer & Tool Maker, Locksmith, Sculptor, Goldsmith, Potter, Cobbler, Mason, Basket/Mat/Broom Maker, Coir Weaver, Doll & Toy Maker, Barber, Garland Maker, Washerman, Tailor, Fishing Net Maker). Beneficiary must not have availed loans under PMMVY, PMEGP, or PM SVANidhi in the last 5 years. Registration restricted to one family member. Government servants and their family members are excluded.

Fill in applicant profile, family details, and select primary traditional trade from the 18 eligible trades. 4. Submit application for 3-tier verification: Gram Panchayat Head/ULB -> District Implementation Committee (DIC) -> State Screening Committee. 5. Upon approval, download digital PM Vishwakarma Certificate and ID card. 6. Undergo basic training to receive ₹15,000 toolkit voucher and apply for loan tranche.
