Former and present holders of constitutional posts. 3. Former and present Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, Mayors, and District Panchayat Chairpersons. 4. Serving or retired government/PSE officers and employees (excluding Class IV / MTS). 5. Pensioners receiving monthly pension of ₹10,000 or more (excluding Class IV / MTS). 6. Income tax payers in last assessment year. 7. Registered practicing professionals (Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, CAs, Architects). Mandatory: Valid Aadhaar, e-KYC completion, land-record seeding, and Aadhaar-seeded DBT bank account.

Select "Rural Farmer Registration" or "Urban Farmer Registration", enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number, active mobile number, and select your State/UT. 3. Enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-registered mobile number to verify your identity. 4. Enter personal details, land ownership details (Survey / Khasra number, Khata number, land area in hectares), and upload your land Record of Rights (RoR/Khatauni). 5. Complete mandatory e-KYC via Aadhaar OTP, PM-KISAN Mobile App (face authentication), or biometric verification at a Common Service Centre (CSC). 6. Ensure your bank account is Aadhaar-seeded and enabled for DBT via NPCI mapping. 7. Check application status using the "Know Your Status" tab on pmkisan.gov.in.
